Succulent and Simple Apple Pork Roast. Rose gives us this succulent yet simple to make pork recipe that will bring memories of that special Sunday afternoon meal that we all remember so well!
one 3-5 lb pork roast
salt to taste,
pepper to taste ,
1 can apple pie filling,
cinnamon to taste,
1 tsp. beef or chicken bouillon granules,
1tbsp. white vinegar;
2 tsp. lemon juice.
Rub vinegar on roast
add salt & pepper.
In a bowl add pie filling, cinnamon, bouillon, & lemon juice. Mix well & place in a large casserole dish.
Spoon pie filling over & around roast roast
Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hrs or until until internal temperature is a minimum of 160 degrees.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 – 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
