Killer Meatsy Balls. Makes 58 which you can freeze for up to 3-4-months.
Also makes super great burgers for the grill!
Serving size -2 meatballs:
3.81 lbs 80% fat free ground chuck
4 lg eggs; 2 lg onions chopped
1 lg green pepper chopped
1 tbsp garlic pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 1/2 cups italian Style bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients together until well blended and will hold a shape of a meat ball or burger patty.
Shape into 58 medium sized meatballs place on 2 cookie sheets & bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 -to 30 minutes-checking after 15 min.
When done remove from pan & place meatballs on cookie racks that have newspaper under them. Let rest to cool thoroughly.
